24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your class start time to avoid fees.
Late cancellations made within 24 hours of class will result in the loss of the session and a $15 late cancellation fee.
No-shows will also incur a $15 fee, as this impacts other members waiting for a spot.
All fees are automatically charged via Momence.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for accidental bookings, missed classes, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.
If your cancellation is made outside of the 24-hour window, your session will remain as account credit.
Waitlist Policy
If your desired class is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist.
You will automatically be added into class if a spot becomes available, including up to 1 hour before class.
Please only join the waitlist if you are available to attend. If you are added into class and do not attend, standard late cancel or no-show fees apply.
Bookings
All classes must be booked through Momence prior to arrival.
We highly recommend booking your classes in advance to secure your preferred time slots and avoid missing out, especially during busy periods and challenges.
Morning classes are reviewed at 7:00pm the night before. If a class has zero bookings by 7:00pm, the class may be cancelled for the following morning.
Payments
We do not accept cash payments, card payments only.
All memberships, class packs, workshops, events, and services must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
STUDIO ESTASI operates under a strict no refund policy.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Accidental bookings
- Change of mind
- Missed classes
- Late cancellations or no-shows
- Unused memberships or class packs
- Workshops, events, private sessions, or retail purchases
Where eligible and outside of our 24-hour cancellation window, account credit will be applied to your Momence account.
By purchasing with STUDIO ESTASI, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Arrivals
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time to check in and settle into the studio before class begins.
For the experience of all clients, doors lock at class start time and late entry is not permitted.
If no clients have arrived by class start time, STUDIO ESTASI staff reserve the right to leave the studio, even if one client is booked into class.
It is not the responsibility of staff to wait for late arrivals. It is the responsibility of all clients to arrive on time and be present at least 5 minutes before class begins.
Grip Socks
Grip socks are mandatory for all classes.
For hygiene and safety reasons, clients are not permitted into the reformer studio without their feet fully covered in grip socks. No exceptions.
Grip socks are available for purchase in the ESTASI LOUNGE, featuring collections from Move Active and Your Reformer.
Memberships
Memberships are ongoing and direct debited weekly.
Memberships can be paused or cancelled at any time directly through the Momence app.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for unused memberships, missed classes, accidental bookings, or change of mind.
Memberships may be paused for holidays, illness, injury, or recovery.
Health & Injury Disclaimer
Clients participate in all classes, events, sauna sessions, and workshops at their own risk.
By attending STUDIO ESTASI, clients acknowledge they are physically fit to participate and agree to inform instructors of any injuries, pregnancies, medical conditions, or limitations prior to class.
STUDIO ESTASI and its staff are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages sustained whilst attending the studio.
Pregnancy Policy
We absolutely love supporting our pregnant clients throughout their journey and watching our ESTASI mums grow, move, and stay strong during pregnancy.
Please advise the studio and your instructor prior to attending class so we can best support you with suitable modifications and class recommendations throughout each stage of pregnancy.
In some circumstances, medical clearance may be required before participating.
Once bub arrives, we would also love to welcome you into our Parents & Bubs classes, designed to help you continue moving in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Sauna Policy
Clients using the infrared sauna do so at their own risk.
Please remain hydrated before and after use.
The STUDIO ESTASI infrared sauna is strictly a two person sauna. No more than two people are permitted inside the sauna at any time.
Clients who are pregnant, unwell, injured, or have medical conditions should seek medical advice prior to use.
STUDIO ESTASI reserves the right to refuse sauna access where deemed unsafe.
Personal Belongings
STUDIO ESTASI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio.
Photography & Social Media
From time to time, photos and videos may be taken within the studio for marketing and social media purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in content, please advise staff prior to class.
Respectful Behaviour Policy
STUDIO ESTASI is built on kindness, inclusivity, positivity, and the strong community we have created together.
We are extremely protective of the energy, atmosphere, and vibe within our space and do everything possible to ensure STUDIO ESTASI remains a safe, welcoming, uplifting, and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
We have a strict no bitchy or mean girl policy. Gossip, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or disrespect towards staff or clients will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
The safety, comfort, and wellbeing of our community will always remain at the forefront of STUDIO ESTASI.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate memberships at any time if behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
Children In Studio
For safety reasons, children must remain supervised at all times whilst inside the studio and reception areas.
Children are not permitted inside the reformer room during class unless attending an approved class type such as Parents & Bubs.
Studio Etiquette
Please keep phones on silent during class.
We welcome post-class selfies and content once class has finished.
Please wipe down your reformer after class and respect the space and experience of others around you.
No food is permitted inside the studio or reformer room.
Only water bottles are permitted inside the reformer room.
